Glow Dust

Where to find Glow Dust:

Glow Dust is easy to identify as wooden bowls with glowing contents. They are dropped by Wisps and Wispmothers, which are typically found in non-snowy wilderness. There are also samples of Glow Dust in the Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon, southeast of Morthal, or in Proudspire Manor in Solitude (if you've bought it).
